Dr. Naeem M. Kohli, M.D. from the Kohli Neurology and Sleep Center in Effingham sees patients in the Richland Memorial Hospital Outpatient Clinic.  Patients who have had a stroke or other disorders of the brain, spinal cord or nerves can see him for routine examinations / tests and follow up appointments without having to travel to Effingham.
